This agreement outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for using the Edpills website, services, and applications (the “Service”).
What Edpills offers:
- Create an online account and profile.
- Connect with licensed healthcare practitioners.
- Place prescription orders through our affiliated pharmacy.
- View personal prescription history.
- Manage personal medical information.
- Schedule medication and health product shipments.
- Chat with certified pharmacists securely.
Who can use Edpills:
- This service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older.
- By using Edpills, you agree to these Terms and represent that you are legally able to do so.
Using the Service:
- Edpills grants you a limited license to access and use the Service for personal purposes.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account, including maintaining the security of your password.
- Edpills reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

- Edpills is not responsible for the content or practices of linked websites or your interactions with third parties through the Service.
Refill Process:
- Edpills will notify you when refills are due and request confirmation before processing them.
- You can cancel a refill request before it ships.
Shipping:
- Free shipping is offered within Canada, with estimated processing and delivery times provided.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Termination:
- You can delete your account at any time.
- Edpills may terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
- Edpills may retain De-identified Data and information required by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
- Edpills makes no warranties regarding the Service, its content, or any linked websites.
- Edpills is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.

- Edpills and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
